Dave Rueter has been in youth and family ministry since 1996, but his connection to the Jr. High DYG goes back to 1994 (ask him about his collection of gathering shirts).  He currently serves as the DCE of Family Ministry at Shepherd of the Hills in Rancho Cucamonga where he has the privilege to work with a fantastic team.  Dave has been married to his beautiful wife Andrea for 7 years and is the proud father of the smartest, cutest little boy James.  Dave is a graduate of Concordia University, Irvine (BA), Trinity International University (MA), and is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on Confirmation at Biola University.  But really Dave is just an over-grown kid.  He loves music, the Angels (got married on their first World Series game day), and making people laugh.  Most of all he loves his Savior Christ Jesus and is thrilled that he gets to serve Him and His church through his ministry and this DYG!
