Camps & Other Resources for Group Trips

 

  • Broken Rock Ranch - Run by a local LCMS couple, Broken Rock Ranch is a rebirth of a past facility in the Valley Center area of San Diego County.  
  • Midoriland Cabin - A large cabin able to sleep 32, Midoriland is the property of a Lutheran Church in the LA area, though managed localy in the Big Bear area of CA. 
  • Camp Aloma - Located 5 miles west of Prescott, Arizona in the Prescott National Forest, Camp Aloma is a pan-Lutheran organization offering both facilities for groups as well as orgainized camps.
  • Mammoth Lakes Lutheran Church - To find a welcoming and affordable place for youth groups heading to Mammoth Lakes.  Facitlities include kitchen and showers, so just bring your sleeping bags!  Contact Pastor Marcus Breitbarth.
  • Camp Lutherwood of Utah - For our Las Vegas area churches, Camp Lutherwood offers tent, RV, bunk house, and group camping, just 3.5 hours from Vegas and 4 hours from Zion National Park.
