Directors of Christian Education gather together for mutual support just as pastors meet within their circuits.  The DCE's of the Pacific Southwest District have organized themselve at two levels.  First DCE's Etc. is the parent organization district wide for DCE's and others serving in Christian education.  In Arizona, AMORE is a cluster of DCE's in the Phoenix area.  The DCE's of Southern California meet as regional clusters as well as a larger monthly meeting of So Cal DCE's Etc.  The cluster groups of So Cal includethe Inland Empire (SMOG), San Diego, Orange County, and Ventura. Additionally a support cluster may be forming in Las Vegas in the near future. If you are a DCE or youth worker in the an LCMS congregation in the PSD or English District in one of these regions, please connect with the leaders of those cluster.
